We appreciate you visiting our website and for your enquiry into booking an appointment to see us.
There are a few things that we think you need to know before we call. Firstly, you do not need a referral to see our service. You can self-refer.

- We will need to know if you do have a referral, what does is the referral for and who referred you. Normally with regard to counselling referrals that are made from your GP, or from your employer if they have an Employee Assistance Agreement with us, we will receive some sort of paperwork. Sometimes other organisations like Workcover or Insurance companies will also make referrals to us. So we need to know this.
- We need to know if you are involved in any legal issues, or have any pending. Due to the increased difficulty with working within the legal industry a different fee schedule applies for services we provide involved in legal proceedings.
- We don't bulk bill. As a private fee-for-service organisation we work on a pay-as-you-go system. Medicare or Health Insurance rebates may apply, but you would need to have the relevant referrals prior to booking your first appointment.
Anything further that is relevant to your referral, will be discussed with you when our Intake Officer calls.
